How We Work

  1. You ask us to deal with your claim
  2. We review your case and assess the prospects
  3. You sign a "No Win, No Fee" agreement. Where you do not already have legal expenses insurance we recommend you take out a policy
  4. We pursue the claim upon your behalf
  5. The case concludes

If you are successful our costs are met by the other party's insurer, including any insurance premium, and you keep all of your damages!  If you are unsuccessful we do not get paid by anyone, your insurer will pay any costs ordered against you and you will not have to pay any insurance premium.
